They have almost no power in game and will never intervene in game (except in very exceptional cases).
The moderators are the people mainly in charge of monitoring the Firestorm forum and the International rooms on the public Discord. It now uses tabs instead of the often overlooked dropdown Restructured the UnitFrame sections of the ingame config. Disabled Text Toggle on NPC by default, as it caused confusion for new players. The default color in ElvUI has been changed to match the new logo. The ElvUI logo has been updated with design by RZ_Digital. I don't disagree with the theory that it might be the files that are download through the launcher that have a role in all of this I use the Firestorm launcher along with the same game files I used during Pandashan, of course with the exception of whatever files the Firestorm launcher may have changed. As such, you'll only ever have to update ElvUI and not worry too much about its individual components I didn't like it because it was jarring seeing how everything changed. 
People like Jak and Ellesmere use ElvUI, though, and I've tried Elvui.
I am trying to heal better and easier, and the Blizzard UI with slight modifications (Vuhdo, Bartender) plus WA is fine right now. Am I supposed to use ElvUI?
